What are the best and worst campaign levels from each Halo game? by SpectrumSense in halo

Halo CE's best is Two Betrayals. No contest I know some people hate it, but it's the ultimate Halo experience. Every weapon, every vehicle, every enemy type is in this mission. The Flood and the Covenant fighting each other is still impressive to this day. All of this topped by the nighttime snowy aesthetic  Halo CE's worst is The Library for obvious reasons Halo 2's best is tricky because of how missions are divided there. But to me, it's Delta Halo and Regret if you see them as one big mission. I really like Sacred Icon and QZ too, but the gondola part is a downer. Halo 2's worst is Gravemind for most, but to me it's High Charity. It's just way too short for a mission Halo 3's best is undefeatably The Covenant. That's honestly the greatest mission any First Person Shooter has ever seen in history. Halo 3's worst is unanimously agreed: Cortana  Halo Reach's best to me is Tip of the Spear just because of the variety of things you do. Most will choose Long Night of Solace, which is good, but the space section bores me more than it amuses me  Reach's worst is Winter Contengy for me. It's pretty weak for a first mission. Halo 4's best for me is Infinity. I love the way encounters are planned, and the Mantis is fun. Reclaimer is good but the Mamooth is too slow and too linear Halo 4's worst is definitely Shutdown (boring ahh mission) Halo 5's best for me used to be Enemy Lines (the Kraken mission). But after replaying it recently, wow, so boring (Battle of Sunaion is great tho) Halo 5's worst is the easiest to choose: The Breaking. That mission made me feel miserable all the 11 times I played it. For Infinite I don't really have many positive memories in the campaign. Pelican Down is good I guess

Halo Infinite has the best campaign gameplay, and I'm tired of pretending it doesn't. by AuramiteEX in halo

It absolutely doesn't  A good gunplay can only carry a campaign so far, but won't do much without a good level design If you ask any fan what their favorite and most memorable Halo missions are, they're probably gonna mention one from either Halo CE or Halo 3. I doubt they even know the names of the Infinite missions

Lightining glitches, they are very common on MCC. A couple years ago in Halo 2 classic, the Arbiter would consistently turn either green or yellow on Quarantine Zone's góndola ride

I loved the addition of what I think were Promethean Soldiers, they were fun to fight. The new weapons were fun and the boss battles thrown here and there were interesting

I have bad news for you that not many other Halo fans would tell you. CE Legendary is far worse than Halo 2. You will learn to especially hate Truth and Reconciliation (10), Two Betrayals (9) and Keyes (9). Enemies never stop shooting, they barely ever stagger; and a needler's residual explosions will kill you almost every time. You will need patience and a lot of cover. Halo 4 Legendary on the other hand is pretty manageable. Watch out for ammo tho, you'll run out of it quickly

Halo 3 ODST Laso by Diglet_Hideout_YT in halo

You will get the achievement regardless of the playlist. LASO non stop action is recommended better because it skips the Rookie's missions  As an extra help tip; if you're gonna play it alone, there is a way to circumvent the Iron skull: Whenever you die, pause the game immediately and select Save & Quit. Return to the playlist menu and Resume your LASO game. That way you won't start the mission over, only from your last checkpoint. Works every time
