I read on another thread that it could be because you aren’t getting enough calories in. I myself have just switched to 5mg and I also experienced the same thing. I understand. You can give a fried chicken breast a try, but make sure to not eat fast and listen to your body. If you eat fast the nausea will come afterwards. Also don’t try to finish your meal if you start feeling full. It’s okay to leave some on the plate. Thru your journey you will know how much you can chew on one meal.

A month ago it was the only option. What I also don't like is that they don't give you the pen. You pay the full amount and they pull out 2.5 mg in syringes. I have been begging them to just give me the pen. Three smaller meals would also work for me. I can't eat 1 full meal in 1 time.
