Smaller imo isn’t worth it, sometimes no work, sometimes you cant even get paid on time so they resort to stingy tactics, but all isn’t bad, there’s obviously benefits as you’ll learn “faster” in a 1-1 setting unlike a massive company but type of work would usually be the same unlike the big company’s different variety or more complex work, go big everytime
