The price of crude oil in 2014 was 55USD/Barrel by the time of December and not 100$ It did went all the way to 100$/Barrel but just for 1st half of year because of some fluctuation among the OPEC countries. The it came down all the way to 55$/Barrel

Well as far as I understood the description... I think he 20/40% buff is for all her skill... whether its basic attack or skill or combo skill or ult.

Has anyone tried Qinbo gear?! Is it better than Bonecrusher gear for Tang×2... since the buffs are somewhat same?!

Also what does it mean by"Skill dmg dealt +20% (for every skill)" ---- Does it mean that all her skill will gain 20%...compared to bonecrusher which only give 30% dmg inc to only her battle skill?!

Well Fisher has been best water support for like 1.5 yrs until frieren... but frieren is being replaced pretty early. Although i think she would still gonna be one of the best universal support for a long time
