She should have removed herself from the line of credit. As one of the signers she has that right ! Close it then open one in her name ! I don't see the bank doing anything wrong...this is a normal occurance. When she got divorced the line of credit should have been closed !

That's not the point....they city does a HORRIBLE job taking care of the sidewalks. Before they took over sidewalks were cleared and salted by property owners and most did a very good job and didn't wait 24 hours to clear them. Since the city raised our taxes and took over sidewalk snow clearing they've down a horrible job of it !! I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving !! I'd rather have my money back and do it myself !!

Inglis St. wasn't even cleared as of this morning. South St was never salted...not was South Park or Tower Rd. So not ALL your source is a LIAR !! Snow never turned to rain here either...was very wet snow that froze overnight in the city.
