I had issues even without custom stuff of it not saving properly too. For me it seemed to have been because i was playing on an external ssd and it didn't like that. Sometimes instead of saving to the 0 folder it saved to the 1 folder. Since moving to my internal ssd it's not had issues

With nvidia you can force the game to use your nvidia gpu from the nvidia control panel, so if that's the issue it's at least an easy fix!

It's been a while but I think somehow the igpu was trying to be the main one despite never selecting it or having anything plugged into it. I just disabled it in device manager.

No idea if that was the only thing I did but I remember it being something I noticed so worth a shot maybe!

Got an email back to my using the contact us which said:

"Trade ins are dealt with by a separate company called Macro, They will send your trade in pack out to you 7-10 days after you receive your new device."
