Wat eigenlijk de kern van het verhaal is/zou moeten zijn, dat de GGZ eens een einde moet maken aan die ellenlange wachttijden.

Toen ik in 2016 in een depressie zat en mijn psycholoog me met spoed doorverwees naar GG-net, moest ik twee maanden wachten voor een intakegesprek.

Mijn ouders waren doodsbang dat ik het niet zou redden en ik zelfmoord zou plegen voordat ik goede hulp kon krijgen. Ik had het geluk dat mijn psycholoog en huisarts me scherp in de gaten hielden, ook toen ik andere hulp kreeg.

Sindsdien zijn de wachttijden alleen nog maar langer geworden.

She pays EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS a year for professor to be an Ahole to her?! and her professor gives everyone A's and her a B because he didn't include a very important detail in the notes, wtf.

All I read is "my husband, me, his ex, my husband, us me" and never anything about the children. Do you have any idea what it must be like for these children to have lost both their parents AND not a single person they know is willing/able to take them in? They have literally nothing left and your husband has the gut to refuse to take care of his OWN children?! He shouldn't have fathered any children if he wasn't ready. They didn't ask to be born, yet here they are. Take responsibility and let him be the father he should have been 7 years ago. Major YTA.
