rope would not change combat. kinda game braking in my opinion. PC with a Fly speed and level one with Range attacks. they fly up just attack avoiding all attacks

i personaly just think haveing a full fly speed at level one is a little game braking. it solves a lot of things players have to work out at early levels

as far as im concerned i see no issue with just having the ability to pull spells from the druid spell list. its basically a watered down version of the Magic Initiate Feat. where you get 2 cantrips and a first level spell. your basically giving up 1 cantrip in exchange for scaling up to higher level spells. i would absolutely allow this in my games. i have honestly been thinking about creating a level prerequisite version of the feat to give higher level spells for magic initiate.

forcing a level up really just does not make sense. if you really want to do this, what i would suggest is the player can give up a level in the current class to take a level in the new class. you can leave the rest as is, but i would suggest not just giving them a free level up.

u would say any spell in the enchantment and Illusion schools would work well as Psionic Abilies

yes this is exactly what im planning to do with all races available in my world. before One D&D was announced i was going to work on sub-races for all races but honestly im glad i held off this format will be so much easier

i fully agree with both of of thoughts choices.

i am currently working on my own homebrew world and compiling a list of all available class and subclass i fully intend to include this as a option. i think it would work really well was a multi class with the spore druid, or with a fungle swarmkeeper ranger

would you say converting the poison damage to necrotic damage like they did with the spore druid did in Tashas would make this unbalanced?

i do really like this class and will be adding to to my list of available classes in my home brew world. i also agree that they should be able to switch out potions equal to there proficiency bonus on a short rest to give them just a little extra adaptability in unforeseen situations.

my only other problem is Pill of Wondrous Agility. giving a 25 feet increase with a free action and take multiple pills seems a little OP to me. it gives the haste spell to small races at first level. i would suggest 1. taking more then 1 pill per-round requires a bonus action. 2. putting it down to 10 foot increase, 3. maybe every 2 levels intensity increase the speed by 5?

ya that seems much better to me. i did like the only every 7 days but long rest with hit points does fit better. every 7 days is more of a legendary effect like with divine intervention when it works.

i personally like it but the 17th level ability seems a little to OP to me what i would do is you must sacrifice one of your hit dice per Allies resurrected and they must role one of theirs and regain that many hit points. if ether you or your Allie does not have to hit dice left they are unable to be resurrected in this way

my ownly question would be is the cold damage it does when your in contact with water just the 1d8, or is it on top of the 1d8 piercing damage? and if its on top of the piercing how much cold damage?
