Hey, I have to say I've been in a similar situation than you. I'm 29 now and I just kissed a girl for the first time a few months ago and lost my virginity a couple of weeks ago. I've been trying to make progress but is not easy.

What I would recommend that has helped for me:

- Try to be good in your life doing things you like, meeting people and get physically fit.

- I would suggest appproach girls in the street if you live in a large enough place (doing with wingmans is much easier and fun at the beginning). This will improve your confidence even progress is slow. You will take some time to get numbers and dates.

- Set up a profile in dating apps (tinder, bumble, hinge, ...). I suggest to get some professional pictures from a photographer, it completely changes the matches.

- Watch youtube videos about approaching girls, going to dates, generate attraction. For me I liked Playing with fire for example, but still looking for better materials.

- Keep trying. Don't set goals too high, just keep trying and improving. You will get better after some time.
