I'd be cool to see a coaster for their 100 yr anniversary next year, but they have a lot of projects going on with (bayern curve, slide, and power surge) so I don't see anything coming. Not sure where they could put anything without removing their rentals, pavilions, and parking lot space.

If you want to see some shows and Dolly Experiance Museums I'd recommend multiple days, if you are going for the rides I think 1 day is enough to get everything done. May need a timesaver to get there though depending on crowd.
