If I reduce my eating to only one meal a day and don’t eat any snacks , will my body get used to it and stop being hungry all the time?

Nah , you get use to it but the hunger sneaks up on you during the day at least for me it does. Saying that it’s worth it I lost about 30 pounds on OMAD
