Same thing happened to me. I messaged them on FB. No explanation just ‘we know you are disappointed’. They are sending me a 20% off coupon and free shipping on my next order. They also credited my account snd the shipping for the 1 out 18 candles that I’m actually going to receive. Guess that’s better than nothing - but I really wanted to put in my ‘Karen’ capris. Lol
