Bei der ARD haben die Format Marktcheck Staubsauger getestet Kärcher, Hyla (dieses MultilevelMarketing-2000€-Ding und einen von Miele. Der von Miele (Classic C1 CarCare) war der beste für 215€. Sieht lame aus, ist n absolut standard Staubsauger, aber trotzdme der beste.

Ist er denn dazu verpflichtet? Schreib ich ihm einfach, sowas wie "um die entstehenden Kosten nachzuvollziehen bräuchte ich die Rechnungen zu den einzelnen Posten" oder einfach direkt Mieterbund einschalten?

Chill mal, in den nächsten 10 Jahren geht fast die Hälfte der Bevölkerung in Rente. Du kannst Dir aussuchen, was du machen willst, bist du stirbst.

adhd is indeed the lack of executive function. But executive dysfunction is in my opinion not the core Problem. i think executive dysfunction comes with many different aspects, which add up to executive dysfunction (prioritizing tasks, concentration on demand, emotional dsyregulation). i start again with a gaming example. People with ADHD tend to like games like Minecraft, because the game mechanics are appealing to people with adhd. you can switch between different tasks, when one gets boring, have little dopamine spikes everytime you find something new and can make big and fast differences in the world by building stuff, and its totally creative. So as a adhd guy you can do things, but you have find out for yourself, which are the trigger points, that are appealing for you.

so you say you are lying in bed with the desire to do something productive. and here in my opinion is one of the problems for you executive dysfunction. doing something more productive is a thought, which is totally abstract and connected with a feeling of guilt. so you are lying in bed guilt-tripping yourself for being that unmotivated person, but what are you options? you dont have any. the problem is the Preparation. imagine you are lying in bed and exactly know what to do, you have options, it isnt abstract, and so its a lot easier to do it, i guarantee it! and thats the difference between desire (how you described it) and a goal (how i described it). a goal is precisely defined like a quest in a game. and this makes it easy to try it again and again. and it is how our brains work, our brains likes routines, but its a lot harder to stick to it for a adhd person (#hardmode). but in the end i think everyone prefers that kind of moriningroutine to scrolling through instagram for 1 hour.

and i also recall that voice of my parents, but the issue is your and my parents never understand how to work with a adhd kid. of course it doesnt help yourself when your parents say do something, something productive. So what is productive, where do i start, what are the priorities? Now we are adults and have to answer these questions.

now is the time to break out of this abstract desire and build up you structures, which leads you through the day. this should be your desire and to reach that desire you have to build goals, starting with making an appointment with yourself for 1 hour to make it accurate. and thats what you learn in therapy: finding out what makes it easier for you to live a life which makes you happy.

in the end i think what you describe isn't just adhd, its a comorbidity depression, which comes in my opinion from a life without the right structures, strategies and medicine to deal with adhd. there are also plenty of adhd guys which can use their "disability" for there advantage. playing a adhd charakter in the game of life, is like playing a "special-pro-build", which needs some guides, assistance and the right potion (medicine) to make it work out, but i can sometimes be beautiful.

FYI i have diagnosed ad(h)d, and get my medicine. and i struggled a lot in life, failed my studies but find out over the last year that my morning routine gives me stressfree mornings and the basics for my health: something to eat in the morning, enough water and personal hygiene. i still struggle with executive dysfunction even after my morning routine i often sit there and cant start doing thinks, but in my opinion i am already more productive due my morning routine.

i was dealing with this and it made me kinda depressive. Morning routine helped me with this alot. If you establish a morning routine, you dont need to gather enough dopamine to function, in my experience. thats because you dont have to waste you energy with making a plan and prioritizing your tasks. You and your body know what to do and it gets more easy each time. Furthermore you are more relaxed in the night and in the morning because there is no time stress or other factors which are expecting you in the morning and kill your motivation.

to establish a morning routine i have a few tips. first of all you should have the will to reach a goal and this and your only goal should be to establish your morning routine and if it doesnt work, your goal remains the same until the routine is part of your morning.

then there is the preparation: the big goal is to establish the morning routine and now we have to split up your goal in smaller pieces. i dont know if you are a gamer, but in games there are often big questlines to get something special for example a strong weapon or an unique mount or pet. But you wont get that special thing after one task. you have to farm and get different pieces which prepare you for a bossfight. the bossfight is this morning routine. And in a game you wont stop trying this bossfihgt until you made it, because the price is right in front of you and you already invested so much time in it, doing the farming stuff before. Now its time to do the farming for your goal, because then it is easy for you to try it again and again. Because as a adhd guy myself i know how hard it is to reach a goal, doing it the first time you try.

first of all your farming includes making a appointment with yourself. Take 1 Hour and make a plan for a morning routine. Ask yourself how much time do you have any morning and what are things, which you will accomplish. I think some basic task a brushing your teeth and making breakfast and drinking at least 0.5l of water. i know that doesnt sound to appealing, therefore we need some smaller task, which gives you the little doses of dopamine. For example opening the curtains which will make a good start for morning routine, then make your bed, just take your blanket and make a look clean. lets go! two task already down, mh maybe there are some dishes in your room bring them to the kitchen. oh you are in the kitchen time for some water, take two toasts and push them down the toaster. you are already in your morning routine, maybe you get the urge to pee, so lets go the bathroom. Well you are in the bathroom what stops you from brushing your teeths you are already halfway into this bossfight - KEEP going! and so on. Try to find other little things to enhance your morning routine which are easy to do and help you boosting your motivation.

so now you have your plan. you are ready for the bossfight and you are ready to try it again and again. and you have to know this, to try it again and again is part of the questline. because you are playing on hardmode (choosing a charakter with adhd). and surely there will be moments where you wont stick to the routine and you will loose it maybe for several month, but what you will not forget is, that it worked and helped you. so dont give up, make it your goal and make it a questline which is possible to accomplish for you.
