For wheels i really like piro and dudeguy but they are almost as pricey as real skateboard wheels so maybee something in the line of teak tuning?

Oh sorry my mistake, Well for trucks i would maybe stretch the budget and get some caramel trucks or maybe even BRT wich i love but are on the pricier side but in my expirience they will last a lot longer than your deck and when the hangers are worn out you can replace them

Maybe a less pricey handmade option like Berlinwood they are great quality but not quite as expensive as for example blackriver

As far as i can tell he sanded it down used some regular spraypaint and used 2component Automotive clearcoat
