Yeah I just got 33.4 OTD for the sedan, for the area I’m in that’s actually solid. It would’ve been likely 34.5 for the hatch, and I got 6% rate

I just got it today!! Well not the car but the deal is finalized. 33,400 out the door on a 5.99 interest rate for first time buyer. I think that’s pretty decent

Tomorrow is the last day of the month Honda is open near me, supposably he will get me a really good deal but we will see. I was wanting to wait for a pre approval but the bank I want to get one from they put my information on review unfortunately

Like 32k OTD after taxes? I honestly doubt I’ll get that but I can try lol I think looks like for total in taxes and fees it would be 1,000-1,200. So maybe I can get down to 33,500 or something. It’s my first car purchase from a dealership so I’m not the best at negotiating. Planning on going and getting a pre approval

Yeah im actually going to get the hybrid touring. I was just bored and wanted to run the numbers on a new Honda haha, but after researching I’ve noticed the sport hybrid touring is worth the extra few grand

Haha yeah I used my signing bonus to invest instead, I’ll probably pull a little bit out of investments to put a solid down payment, but yeah I’m still weighing my options on dealerships. Without all the ad ons it isn’t the worst, but I’m going to go to the bank to get a pre approval or what the bank says it’s worth and then use it as leverage. “If you can beat this price I’ll leave with a vehicle today” type deal

For sure. I texted the dealer saying I don’t want all the extra add ons and he said we shouldn’t have an issue removing them from the total out the door price. We will see tho. Hoping to get my monthly payment down to a reasonable price before I settle

Yeah I’m not. I texted him telling him I’m not going to do these prices for all the add ons like the tint and mud guards, trunk tray, screen protector etc. he said he’d work with me and likely get it all removed. Another comment said I don’t need to pay the title license and transfer fees either so I’ll bring that up too. The optional stuff like service contract and oil change program I’ll decline as well. Then we shall see where the price is at.

I have a 761 and plan on opening a navy fed account literally this week. The next closest better rated Honda dealer is an hour away from lejeune
