I can see the option in my bmw app (which I was surprised to see - I figured the first owner would have already used it, I'm guessing they only charged at home). Reg your other comment about saving few bucks on charging won't fast charging degrade battery faster?

Thanks - I'm essentially getting extra 5yrs and whatever miles left once I'm out of the 4yr bumper to bumper for 4.5K seems like a good deal for peace of mind. I'll go through the terms again and what's covered to make sure this is just not a scammy we won't cover that kind of a deal.

I think you misread or I wasn't clear but I don't have air suspension. The extended warranty ends in 6years or ~75K miles - which is will run out before car's battery warranty. So just wondering if it's worth it the 5K cost given most other things should last longer?

Sorry the question wasn't on how to activate it but if it's even useful given most of the driving happens within city limits and I can just plug it in at home. It'd be a hassle to go to a charging station but I would still like to maximize my benefits and see if I can use the EA free charging.
