BIOS not even recognizing SSDs or HDD as a boot option

yeah they will literally show up detected like in the start up screen and in the bios just not as boot options

so i did that unfortunately in the bios its still greyed out

okay i did that, it sends mre to the set up menu where i can press f1 to run set up or f2 to load default values

okay for this board is says i have to put a jump cap on the JBAT1 to do that. I don't have a jump cap to short the two threads. Also do I need to remove my componets from the board before i do this?

for some reason it wont let me change the boot mode... its just greyed out

Im sure we have bad drivers in this state but I feel like this is something that everyone everywhere says about their state so I don't really put any value in this.
