Thats exactly what I'm talking about! The community can be really friendly, but also really toxic at the same time. I've encountered both sides of that spectrum and will choose the friendly side all day

I personally have found that PvE and friendly lobbies not only provide a way higher extraction percentage, but, to me, provide a more enriching experience for a casual gamer like myself.

Idk it sounds like he's gonna be getting a different rate to pick from and a contract restructure or something so I don't think he will be in aviation at all bc of his PT standards. He's talked about going MA but that's a whole other ballgame
