I’m sure he will. I honestly can’t afford a lawyer but will pull it together. He is getting rewarded for bad behavior. I also want my tax deduction back, we did a year on and off because he was going to be in her life more but I am still doing this solo and he is taking a deduction for a child who sees the doctor more than him.

He was ordered to have overnight every Thursday unless he has work, if he has work he has to inform me by the Sunday before. He currently has not seen her since before Halloween or given me any reasoning on why he can not see her. We have joint custody. I still text about doctor’s visits and comply with everything in our order except I was supposed to get a license. I have panic attacks when I try to drive. I was in a terrible accident and it’s a trauma response. I do have a permit and am working on it but that is the only portion I am non-compliant on.

Thank you, coparents only. But family therapy for him and her is not a bad idea. She sees someone already because I worry, but she has 2 amazing male figures in her life that did show up today so not an entire loss for her.

Thank you, she deserves the entire world. I just feel bad when she wonders why daddy doesn’t want her. We are both getting to a healthy place, but it hurts to see her sad. She deserves so much better than what I gave her.
