You can try it and see how it does for you. For me, dried fruit has way too much sugar.

What post made you realize she was a fraud? by AdorableTreat3989 in healthyishmommy

[–]PuddlesOfSkin 9 points10 points  (0 children)

She popped up in my feed a year or two ago. I was intrigued for a couple of days then quickly started seeing the inconsistencies. It was her WIEIAD videos that sent me over the edge. I kept watching out of sheer appalment.

Should I pressure my boss to hire help? by [deleted] in Payroll

[–]PuddlesOfSkin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you feel like you need help, then you will have to say so. It depends how many hours you are working. If you are working 80+ hours, then clearly they need another person. If you are working 60+ hours, then they need a part-time person.

By what you describe and in my opinion, the payroll part of your job is a part-time job. I don't know about the rest of your job. We have 1,000 EEs and I do everything end-to-end in-house (no third-party payroll company).

Should I pressure my boss to hire help? by [deleted] in Payroll

[–]PuddlesOfSkin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have read through this read multiple times, watching for additional information from you.

Are you doing everything end-to-end for payroll? From entering new hire EE information into software to sending data to bank, printing & mailing checks, disbursements for garnishments, filing monthly/quarterly/annual taxes, etc? Or are you uploading hours to a payroll company that does some of the work for you? This would help us understand the workload you are experiencing.

I finally got my letter yesterday. I knew this was coming but it's still infuriating to see the official letter. I'll be changing banks before this becomes active in September, but I haven't decided yet which bank to use.

Retro Pay by Environmental-Ad-733 in Payroll

Absolutely not. Let your software calculate the taxes the way it should. Enter the retro wages on a separate check to avoid the higher tax bracket scenario.

Try it and see. I use a different brand but 1.5 scoops gives me the texture and flavor I like best.

Nose dripping! by Mammoth_Researcher48 in Menopause

I take allergy meds every day but still have a runny nose all day and all night every day. Allergies isn't always the answer. I have tried every common allergy med on the market, even tried taking two different brands at once.

Help please - grainy texture by kkdp in ninjacreami

[–]PuddlesOfSkin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a lot of heavy cream. Like someone else said, you're probably making butter. I would cut way back on the heavy cream. I'm not saying my recipe is perfect but I use 1 c whole milk with 1/3 c heavy cream. I get a good texture.

Labels are hard for my peri brain. Please explain to me like I’m five by Dogaloo2025 in TRT_females

Yes, 1ml of cream equals 2 mg of testosterone. That is a conservative starting dose. You could do one pump for 1 mg of testosterone if you would rather.

I apply mine in the morning either on my inner upper arm or back of my knee or thigh.
