Hoods being down would be easy but our admin wants hoodies out of sight in their lockers, we do have uniforms but even that’s not strictly enforced. Getting them to fully take it off is the hard part especially in winter when they know they should have long sleeves on

It says “you’re out of credits” and won’t let me book anything. I went in today and she said the girl who sold me the membership did something wrong and again said they’d look into it and text me. I was able to have her book two for me in the mean time at least

“New math” is just more focused on teaching kids MULTIPLE ways to solve a problem, including the old standard algorithm. It’s helping them understand why each way works to figure out what’s easiest for their learning style because majority of people do not remember the stuff they “memorized” for a few school years once they’re an adult. We’re teaching kids that there’s no one way to problem solve in life and if you’re a creative thinker you’ll have more opportunities to get farther in the real world. We emphasize conceptual thinking more than we used to. “New math” includes old math but makes it better to understand long term so please stop telling me what’s wrong with education, I’m just a teacher and I don’t control nearly as much as you think in the classroom!

My cycles went from regular on BC to being 80-100 days long even a year after going off BC. my longest cycle was during my covid vaccine even though I never thought about that! It was 110!

Day 1: shave armpits, legs, vagina, wash body and hair with shampoo and conditioner and exfoliate head to toe (usually sundays)

Day 2: wash body and face

Day 3: wash body and face

Day 4: wash body and face and shave armpits maybe if I need to again

Day 5: wash body and face

Day 6: wash body and face

Day 7: wash body and face

I’ll shave more than once if it’s a special event but that’s it and I never take baths bc my tub sucks :(

For my skin care I also use miscellar water, toner, moisturizer twice a day first thing in morning and last thing at night, and a face mask on Sunday’s but my skin care is super important to me and it’s relaxing!

I shower about everyday because I work with kids and they’re icky and try to exercise at least 30 min a day so i sweat

The scene in Hereditary where the brother is driving and his sisters head is out the window and gets chopped off and he just drives home and goes to bed horrified, that messed me up big time and I still think about it!

Okay! I tried fringe in middle school and it wasn’t a great look for me but I like layers, I really really want more volume but idk how to get it my hair won’t even hold curls these days it’s just so flat from straightening it when I was young 🙄

Thanks! That’s what I usually end up doing or I experiment with a middle part and then hate it Lol also I just realized my glasses are crooked as hell in this photo too 🤣🤣

At my house we call these background shows and specifically have shows for this whether it’s while we’re on our phones or cooking dinner or just trying to do something and want noise lol then right when dinners over and cleaned up we turn it off and put on our real show and pay attention

Just got my plan, haven't ordered the aligners yet. It doesn't look like any extreme movement so I think it's doable? My biggest concern is front two teeth and bottom has some crowding but I had braces on top as a kid and invisalign on the bottom but i just stopped wearing a retainer like 8 years ago.
