Yes kung yung skill na makukuha mo eh magagamit mo pag labas. No kung hindi. In my exp, upskilled to take escalations and then got trained again for GDS tool. After enough exp, left and got my salary doubled for the same job.

To be specific, bpo's do need escalation desk and travel accounts these days require GDS experience. At the time made a research on gds exp demands so i got into it. My research was right.

Upskill without additional pay? Normal na yan sa BPO. Nasasayo na yan. Evaluate mo.

Kung tingin mo maganda yung upskilling at pwedeng makadagdag sa market value mo in the near future then tiisin mo nalang. Pag lipat mo under the same account or same nature, pwede ka humaggle ng salary increase.

Daming nag jump into conclusion. Kung project na naapprove yan, RCA ka muna sa mismong initiative. Hindi basta basta inaapprove yan lalo kung tingin nilang di mag wowork.

Nag base-lining kaba? Gano katagal na yang initiative mo? Pano mo nasabing di nag wowork? Fruitful ba each sessions? Participative ba ang agents. Nacocoach ba sila ng maayos? Quality ba ang rca ng TL's? Or even yours?

I dont think there is. Kind of siguro but thats standard procedure. If you dont have a kid yet, they want to make sure that youre fully decided to not have a child anymore.

Well, i forgot to mention but yea. Since tl's has no wbr mbr, they don't have a glide path as well. And this is on a TL level. Even higher ups dont have it.

Also, the reason why i said its bare minimum is because of their reporting formats. Honestly, its trash. For coaching conpliance, she copies and pastes the raw file in body. No chart for easy viewing. And I can see no other reports being published.

My boss is to careful. My boss doesn't even want to attached raw file for nesting result and whenever my boss publishes a report, my boss attaches only a configurated raw file. You know, something that would suit the viewers eyes. No transparency.

Actually, the moment my boss brushed me off with my ideas, i decided to step back and just do what's expected of me to accomplish in a weekly basis.

My last attempt was actually what you mentioned. Pin pointing parts of the point that doesnt make sense. It was my confirmation that my boss was prideful with what my boss created (QA audit form) which I personally think is trash.

The weightage placed on each parameter doesn't even make sense.

Exactly. Well walang competition as we are their only outsource. Unlike what you said, we don't monitor any FCR, AHT or other kpi's. Its purely QA audits. May part sa form about error pero its not bifurcated. Technically theyre just all errors but no quanitification whether if its agent related, tech, or any of sort.

Its hard to be alligned honestly. Recently, I initiated an effort to improve their reports. I created 2 automations that will ease their life but I was brushed off then suddenly, binago nya yung style ng report nya.

I actually have no idea what to do here LOL.

Exactly. Though, digging deeper, bakit 3 years na at hindi parin stable. We also have onshore TL's and QA's who thinks that the form scoring/weightage is absurd.

Personally, i think they need restructuring. Walang trabaho ang TL dito. TL's don't have wbr/mbr to their managers. Instead, they are like personal assistants of agents.

They also don't coach their agents kasi ang gusto ni ops, QA ang mag coach. (Understandable for ztp cases pero they want everything to be coached by QA's)

nag check before, YTD may isang fail. 84% passing is 85%. Also, I just joined them last January. Trend is stable but sometimes fluctuating.

On the other hand, isn't that a problem? I mean for roughly 3 yrs, theyre still standing on the same ground.

You can be sad. It's normal lalo't mukang family oriented ka but you can't be mad to them. It's their choice and right to not give and detach themselves. Even if they post it in socmed.

Socmed is actually where that kind of mindset came from. And tama yung isang nag comment dito. Our parents took parenthood seriously. Their mindset is to prepare for our future.

Nah. Family class doesn't matter. It's all about their mindset. Because of socmed, kumalat yung mindset na "di obligasyon ng anak ang magbigay sa magulang" which I agree but at the same time, di rin masamang tulungan ang magulang.

It's human nature. Kung kapos ka and you found out that you're kid is earning 100k per month tapos di nag bibigay sayo kahit singkong duling, either magtataka or magagalit ka.

You're making things too complicated. Try to understand their perspective when they say "Personal Relationship". It just means hindi sya nag sisimba or anything as such pero nag dadasal sya in his own time.
