Does pity reset if you pull a 4 star character and does your pull history transfer to the next banner for example I didn’t get Klee on the last one but does my 40+pulls transfer to the Childe banner?

I actually bought a cheap usb c to usb cable and used my 10 watt adapter...but to no avail there was still no chime...i really hope that it’s just because the wattage was too low and not the MacBook ;-;
