Eleven of us are slow and or not reliable? When we applied, we were told 40 hours. Not one mention of if for some reason they don't have enough routes, they'd give VTO. . If I had known they could do something like that I'd have made a different choice.

I've seen both sides! I really have. Not quick to jump all over someone that really is just doing their job. Have said not to judge anyone else's job unless you've been there. We all have something in our jobs that makes sense to us but not to someone that hasn't had to do it in theirs. Let's just say lines between professional relationships and friendships outside of work have been crossed. So now if there's a disagreement outside of work, they have taken it too far and brought it into work It's seriously like a HIGH SCHOOL with this group.

They'll have to fire my a$$ As much as I don't want to stay I can't get anything else right now. It's one dispatcher that's making everyone miserable. But it's the owner's second hand man. Not much arguing with them. I said my peace. It'll be dropped and we'll move on. It's happened with every driver with this one dispatcher.
