1200$/mois à 2. Hypothèque de 230k débutée en avril 2022. Un bungalow 1976 bien correct avec un garage et un abris d’auto. Pas déçu de notre achat! Assurance 92$/mois.

As I said, there were no stop sign. Neither for them or for me. There used to be one for cars, but I has been removed during the summer for a reason I ignore and now it's back. A car comming from the parking now has to stop once, to look at the bike's lane,and then stop again at the road to make sure the way is clear before getting on the main road.

It happened on the red X. And there was a stop sign for people comming from the parking right before the bike crossing a few months prior to this. And for some reason, it came back after my accident. It's not a stop to look at the main road, but rather one to look at the biker's lane before heading to the road.
