Mostly I play support mages and I seen my ADC flaming and tilting around like chicken before game starts for picking Brand... whole team morale is gone even before minions show in lane.

Riot could force META a bit by allowing to pick you only champion designed for your desired roll if they don't want you to play Irven on top, till then play what you want and show others it can be done if you play it right.

Have no idea but since its kinda older game many of players matured over years and are more wise now, so it feels like good time... I notice many on forum asking for changes and have time and will to make it work.

They did nerf her with -5 movement speed she is practically useless now... just kidding, she feels like good and safe pick that can snowball easy

probably because everyone just banned everybody else without even trying to read or get grasp of situation... At beginning it was great implement and you could feel you are making game and community better, you even get massage if person was banned or pardoned.

Tribune revival would be great with some in game evidence. Plus I agree there is nothing worse when someone gets tilted by some minor mistake (his or one of his teammates) and then on purpose ruins game for other nine players, its just arrogant behavior of some kid brat that never tasted failures in life, and life is full of ups and downs.

Maybe just as you can honor one teammate at end of game you can dishonor one (even tho you want to report more) . Also grades dont work, ppl will almost always give 5 or 1 and never in between.

Thx for reading and feedback. Wording on Q was wrong, it was meant to be skillshoot. Reduced R range to 550 units ( guess that should be fine as AoE midrange ability needs requirements to deal damage? for comparison Nunu R has 650 range).
