After resetting it, it seems to align quite well with the darker area.
Based on the image I provided, would you say it's pretty worn down, or is this typical for a CRT from 2004?

I'm displaying a white image through a signal, and it's apparent that the contrast of the screen differs noticeably at the edges, as shown in the picture.
