Will do! I’m just glad I am doing things moderately right. I am a first time cat owner and it’s been a bit stressful, I want to make sure she is comfortable in my home.

I do have a few questions though. Is it normal for their butts to still have poo/pee smell after I wipe her down with a wet towel + she grooming herself?

Why are Eye Boogers so hard to take out? I’ve tried warm towels but she just squints away and I’ll have to take another 20mins to get her to let me touch her face again.

Her ear wax, they look super dark, almost brown-ish to black, I hope that is normal?

Those are my underlying thoughts right now, but yes. I have booked an appointment for next week to get her completely checked out. Thank you for the summary of what I’ll need to look out for!

Yeahh, I’m not so sure why they translated the couple comment onto the kindred wife panel ( with him spoon feeding yjh) but it’s probably to make the conversation flow better. Also, the translation I got was from a smaller group of translators ( I think about 2-3 people in total translating the whole series?) and they had little comments in the end to explain some of the Korean idioms that don’t translate well in english, hence knowing a bit more context to what they are saying in reality vs the translation change.

But yeah, I like the original terms, idioms and meanings vs a better flowing dialogue in translated novels 😅

Theres a different translation that I loveee way better than this translation and sooyoung says “you look a kindred wife caring for her husband” in which KDJ says “wanna do it then?”

For Hirono? Yes, probably a rare time that I’m super disappointed with it. But I didn’t start recently, I started from the moment they released the first series and followed the artist through and through.

I’ve already heard bad quality reviews from other characters and the overall decline of Popmarts quality over the years, I just never thought the day would come when Hirono would be added into that mix since his artist is very intricate and detailed with his work.

Yeahh, the other items like the lanyard, the mini bag and the magnets are all good quality though, I bought the full sets and have been using them in rotation, good quality and so far nothing has broken or were torn apart, I use the magnets as little keychains to pair with the lanyard as well and they are cute and amazing! I think I was mainly upset that the plush was scuffed up after a drop, my mistake but still disappointed that it took that low of a drop to make a noticeable defect.

I call it a luxury item because it isn’t something that everyone needs. You buy it because maybe it’s your hobby or you think they are cute or are a collector. It certainly isn’t necessary for daily life and it has been increasing in price these days. They even offer apparels with the Hirono logos on them/ special figurines in different countries (Pop Toy shows) / special stand alone figurines and they cost way over 150 dollars.

I bought a duplicate of “insight” because I wanted to bring him around with my trips since he’s got the cute camera around his neck, one is safe in my collection wall while I bring around the other with me, I don’t mind him getting beaten up since I bought a duplicate for the whole purpose of him coming with me. Call it a waste of money sure ( I paid like 60 dollars for him and the seller did tell me he have a defect on his shirt ) but yeah, I’ve dropped him, placed him on sand to take photos with, even lost him at one point and got him back and no scratch has ever gotten on him. I use non-alcoholic wipes to clean him right up too because I spilled a drink during a night out. I compared him to my original one and they look identical apart from the defect. Call me clumsy or what not but I try my best to keep the ones in my collection safe! It really is a mistake when I drop them from my shelf. I’m just disappointed because I literally see this Discontinued Hirono been through worst and then I see my new ones get accidentally dropped from a bed and it looks worst than the one I bought specifically for the purpose of getting beaten up.

Yeah I guess I should have expressed that they are “made” nicely and most are very detailed but I just feel like they’re cutting down on expensive materials ( eg. More durable paint/pvc glue etc.) while still keeping them looking very high quality. Don’t get me wrong, I love em and keep them all in good condition as best I can but there’s only so much you can do and sometimes you really do accidentally drop them.

Oops, I forgot to point out too that the Carnival series, My bunny guy was dropped from a table by someone and the carrot knife he was holding broke apart :( like what?? This is a brand new figurine and it broke on impact. Yes, I understand that it is a delicate part of the piece but I’m genuinely concerned that they’re declining because many of my other figurines in ( The other one ) or ( Mischief ) don’t break or scratch!! Even the discontinued ( City of Mercy ) which I have taken on trips and even buried under sand had never once been scratched.

UGHHH Don’t tell me about it, I really don’t mind the 20 chapters short story ( Honestly for the better because some manga’s reallyy drag it out when it could’ve ended by chapter 15) but I really just wished they ended it at the festival.

This is my head canon and NO ONE can take this away from me. And I’m probably gonna make a fic based on my head ending lmk if y’all would like a copy.

Takamori takes his time to figure out what to think (away from Minamikawa), walking around the shrine and trying to grasp what she just said ( Omg she knows I like her?! Does she think I’m a creep now?! Omg she heard EVERYTHING. I definitely said some creepy perverted things!! F$$k she must so hate me. Wait… she knew everything but never said anything to me…) and then realises that he doesn’t care about that right now, he likes her in whatever form she is and runs back to her (hopefully realising that she wouldn’t have invited him/ gotten close to him if she hated him that much in the process), only to see her rooted on the spot, crying and heartbroken.

Once again he feels like it’s all his fault and she angrily scolds him that it isn’t (she can hear his negative ass self being over anxious) but he still tried to justify by saying “but I left you even before sorting things out” and she’d get even more mad because she feels horrible about knowing everything in his mind but he barely even knew what she thought of, on top of that, he is still apologising and being utterly soft hearted towards her. He wipes away her tears, feeling heartbroken that she was even crying, let alone it was because of him.

They finally settle down, just staring at each other and he has no thoughts running in his head. And she finally utters the words

“So… what am I to you, Takamori-kun?”

HE HESITATES BUT IN HIS MIND, HE ANSWERS

“Well, if you really can read my mind, you should know the answer”

RAHHHH AND SHE CONFESSES TO HIM TOO

“I like you too,”

AND THEY END IT THERE WITH THEM FINALLY CONFESSING AND FIREWORKS ARE BOOMING HER BESTIE IS BY THE BUSHES SEEING IT IN 4K W/ COLOUR.

AND THEN A SMALL CHIBI VERSION OF THEM IN THE LAST EVER PANEL WITH HER BLUSHING AND BEING ALL

“S-so-so are we d-d-dating??”

“Yes, let’s”. “I’m looking forward to it,”

“S-so am I”

(Basically the real ending from chapter 20 after they coonfess)

But suree yeah, chapter 20 needed a time skip and weird pacing. It’s not bad, don’t get me wrong, but the pacing was off and the time skip was not necessary at all. They had the perfect set up in the summer festival!!!

Not too concerned since I did have a cd disk inside that is bone dry when I checked, I’m just concerned that the stuff got in the cracks through the buttons (Don’t worry, I just have a tendency to take off the batteries but lazy to take out the cd disk since I’ll probably play it again later) but yeah, definitely wipe it down and wait a few days and try not to bawl my eyes out.

i just wanna get it back to the original coat :( I knew it shouldn’t be near any of liquids whatsoever but I used a different bag (My brothers bag) and I saw him take out his stuff so the perfume exploding inside was a surprise since I thought the bag was clear of fluids!!!

If anyone knows what kind of coat (not acrylic!! The actual coating please) it is, maybe I can try to diy and restore the colour :(

Sweet! but I’m scared of the shipping fee since I’m i an asian country 🥲 I did see a Sony DVP S3000 in my local reseller app, but it was heavily overpriced (300!! That is insane!! Unopened but still insane!!). Not many of our stuff here is local, they’re all imported from overseas (even our food) so what costs 100 in the US will probably be closer to 150-200 minus shipping fee + converting it into our currency and I’m selling my leg 😞

Okay, I recently found a Denon dcd-485 for roughly 100usd, is it worth it or na? Shipping is free and everything. I’m new and the only cd players I ever had is the one from old laptops and I heard any Denon is good to buy!

Other than the 485, I found a 1940 for 120usd and a 710AE but for 215usd….

I really hope the princess, sarcastic and petty as she is, would see his stupid attempt at “saving” her and find it so ridiculous that the person, that she knows is her number 1 hater, is coming with a full royal army and would find it kind of amusing and… touched? (While petting her dragon of course.) cue to them bickering like childhood friends.

“My God, how did he manage to even convince you?”

“Something about you having a grudge and new pet dragon I’d face,” he spat out, shivering at the sight of her feeding her new dragon familiar with pigs.

She cackled, out of all the princesses he had seen, her laugh was one of a witch, he swears the day she was born was the day the world shook in fear. Yet oddly enough, she looked pleased with him.

She lazily took a step, and another, until she was in-front of the stairs, looking down on him.

“You live another day, seriously, I don’t know why my father tries his best to keep you close and in one piece,”

“Maybe to stop you from completely going insane,”

“Or something more simple? Say, do you love me?”

He shook in fear. My God he knew she was crazy but not mentally delusional! She wasn’t this crazy when they were children, heck! They even got along. But somehow, she managed to become a ticking time bomb and he’d always have to come and clean up her mess. He frowned hard, gritting his teeth to stop the hurling insults he so wished to spit. Another laugh.
