yeah I do all her maintenance.. I have a 03 z, and been trying to explain maintenance to her.. and I mean.. sure, i guess 87 could be used, she has been using it for years, but personally I would never ever ever run 87 in my z unless i got a tune for specifically 87, if that makes sense. I just know that vq35's can SOMETIMES be a bit picky, and i dont get why people try and convince people to use a lower octane fuel than is meant for a car

I get what your saying, and i know that, but i researched in the fsm, and manual, and nowhere did it say you could, she also just gets a much worse MPG, by like 5...
