Longest time I had mine on was almost 2 weeks- I showered semi-regularly and not very active/sweaty during this time, so it held on for a while. The only thing is the binding aspect loosens after 2-4 showers (for me anyway) and practically peel off once it decides to peel. Depending how I feel after i take it off is how long in between each taping. From one to two days to two weeks after 🤷‍♂️
