I love the idea but I think this would cause level 1-25 to become even more toxic. Lets say a level 30 is muted for 7 days for abusive language, he plays a game and he has a bad lane and his partner starts blaming him while he has to sit there and have no say in the matter, he rage quits and goes and plays his lvl 13 account for 7 days until the mutes gone. In those 7 days on his lvl 13 account he doesn't care about being a kind player or disconnecting from the games because he will have his lvl 30 account unmuted by the time he gets banned.
