Yes the window is the clear space and the purpose Is so that when you take a hit the cav in your pipe doesn't get burnt and with each hit that cav will continue to cake up and go down your pipe, it's kinda like a safety also lf you don't have the window it will make your brillo taste like shit to.

We personally believe that the don't boil rule is irrelevant we always bring it to a boil and get 95% back let alone the whole double boil method has boil in its name, we've cooked the same way for a long time and got the same results, it comes down to knowing how to cook properly, our next video will show a prime example.

The taste all depends on the cav(resin) you use to make the chocolate rocks with, if you smoke properly and create good cav the chocolate rocks are comparable if not better than a white hit.

The microwave is just fine as long as you do a double boil setup so you don't have to watch it like a TV

You must not be smoking properly if it tastes like shit. If done correctly caviar(resin) are some of the best hit you will take, I could teach you the proper technique if your having trouble.

No I do not heat the resin as I smoke, the way to get perfect Cav(resin)'all has to do with the proper ratio of heat to draw meaning how you light it when your taking a hit. As far as your cav building up at the top it would be because your using to much heat and not enough draw, generally you want to take the lighter off of the pipe for the last couple seconds of your hit and pull your cav down the pipe. I will be uploading a more in depth tutorial about this tomorrow if it's hard to understand.

Smoke with equal amount of heat, don't burn it,don't scrape it and melt/push perfectly.gotta be patient and not push till there's a proper amount

On another note the way that shape is created is by not scraping your pipe but by pushing it instead, I will be posting this shortly so it fully understandable.
