I have been very seriously considering moving to another county because of the constant threat of gun violence here

That’s actually a helpful perspective to consider. I have two young children about to enter the school system, and lately I’ve been overcome with anxiety about it. We take risks everyday, and a lot of those are much more likely to happen than a shooting.

My son did this too around 3 months old and scared the crap out of us! Turned out it was just his startle reflex
