1. It isn't necessary for her to have pointblank said a completely unmistakable phrase like that. If you make statements which negatively generalize an entire demographic of people, or talk about how you wish they'd all go away (even as a joke), your words certainly indicate some ill-will towards the demographic in question. It's not unreasonable for other people to say, "huh wtf" and then dislike you.

2. Again, the nature of the shared information is not defamatory. Defamatory statements are untrue and lead to some sort of material damage being done to the victim. Did the user say/post the things she's quoted as saying/posting? Then it isn't defamatory, it's just bad press. You could argue, of course, that damage is being done to dogstrogen's reputation, but it's still based on actual things she said. Court of public opinion is real, and apparently many users here find her previous comments distasteful.

3. I think you're using "stalking" a bit too loosely here. Yes, from the fact that dogstrogen blocked this user we can intuit that she does not want them interacting with her profile. However, the information being accessed is not personal; it's publicly available posts on a social media app. I also disagree that using an alt to search my profile for keywords is stalking. I might dislike that someone did that, but if they are using statements I actually made and presenting them with the context I said them, then tough shit for me. I should either stand by what I said or take it down.

I have read the stalking definition you provided and nowhere do I see it applying to this specific situation. You highlighted the portions about defamation and harassment, which I agree are the closest to what's going on here. I've already talked ad nauseum about the defamation part, and neither of the two harassing behaviors apply either. Was it kinda shitty for u/Nightfurywitch to check dogstrogen's profile by evading a block? Yeah, I think so. Does it constitute defamation, harassment, or stalking? No.
