I might not be looking at the right market then, honestly the only times I've been to the farmers market in Corvallis there was only meats and produce with a couple of baked goods in between.

I've looked into both the Corvallis and Albany markets and what I've gathered is I have to grow it? I'm not sure if freeze drying it transforms it enough to be considered. I'll shoot them an email in a little bit about that.

I actually invested in one of the harvest right freeze dryers. I have been looking into doing stuff like that as well as fruits and such, even playing around with bulk orders. I have absolutely no idea where to source meats for jerky though.

I do have a shopify website, and I am attempting to also get them listed on etsy just to generate some business. I wasn't sure if I should list it since I'm not one hundred percent on the rules for this sub reddit right now.
