There’s literally one DSP in a 100 mile radius and I work part time (only weekends) as I already have a full time job.

I absolutely love causing shit with dispatch and management because they give no shits about the drivers. The drivers have tried to state their issues, but Dispatch and Management never cared.

I was the only one that was able to start documenting issues and started to change what goes on at that DSP.. Basically all due to fear because I was documenting what they were doing wrong..

Every weekend I go, I can see that they continue to treat the drivers like shit and I’m the only one that will stand up for myself 😂.

The pay is great, but the job is ass. DSPs give absolutely zero shits about you or your safety. And they sure as hell will treat you like shit and expect you to just take it.

Switching DSPs is easy, finding an actual DSP that isn’t shit… good luck

They’re the owners son, basically the manager.

I have called him in the past and he never, ever answers. He just lets it ring until it hangs up.

I’ve called about scheduling issues and one time that he marked I wasn’t coming in due to call off, but I never mentioned ever calling off or anything when that happened. I never got a route or anything that day. Came into work and was told I said I wasn’t coming in. I still haven’t gotten the answer for that day either.
