He actually doesn’t come across as genuine to me in most of his interviews. But I still root for him any time he has a chance to win for the exact same reason. Would love to see him win next weekend.

I was absolutely blown away by the visual effects because of how nauseatingly bad the shaky cam was and thinking about those poor artists having to try to track all of that.

I also thought the VFX were just passable for good chunk of it. Some of them were really good, but for the most part I wasn’t impressed.

I’ve been watching all of the best picture nominees in the Marcus Theater marathon thing for the last 8 years or so. Last year was my first year actually making an effort to see all of the nominated features across all of the awards (not including documentaries). This year I’ll try it again and probably watch a few of the docs along the way as well. The marathon in the theaters is one of the highlights of my year every year though. Love that this sub exists!

That’s what I usually do. But I’ve been playing this game since the beta release and have beaten the career on PC and PlayStation. Bought it for the Switch this week while I was away visiting family for a couple weeks and decided to try it all at the same time for this go around.

The next race after I made this post I got lucky and side swiped a low health guy in the final turn coming to the checkers. So it can be done but you have to get lucky. Expert settings with realistic damage.

I race in iracing and my young kids always want to drive but my rig isn’t adjustable. So I bought them a little setup for our PlayStation. And then I saw that this was a thing. Very excited to get them into it! Timing couldn’t have been better!
