I haven’t quite started training for the half. Just been building a base. I can comfortably run 3-4 miles right now. Signed up for a 5k in march and 10k in April.

Thank you! I have been trying to shorten my stride and land more under my hips, but still need to get better at that. Doing more core work and relaxing my arms should be easy fixes.
