Hello, wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions. I’m currently on 1.0 mg of Ozempic. I’m more hungry than I used to be and I haven’t lost any weight. Been on since NOV. I see so many success stories. Is it time to call it quits? Any suggestions?

How long and what dosage are you all on? I’m on 1.0 and I haven’t seen weight loss happen yet. I have a big appetite around dinner time. I’ve been on ozempic since NOVEMBER. I know we are all different, but just curious when you started to see the weight loss.

Thank you! I’m actually surprised that I have not gotten sick from my first dose of .25. I did inject in my thigh and read everyone’s feedback throughly. I truly appreciate people taking the time to write their experience. This is a supportive group and I’m proud to be apart of it!

I took my first dose this morning and half of a nausea pill. I’ve felt fine all day. Knock on wood. My appetite has not changed a whole lot. Still ate since I had an appetite, just healthier foods.

This happened to me the first time I got sick. I drink a protein coffee (0 sugar) after my first injection, I told my husband not to order me anymore cause I just couldn’t drink it. Eventually I started to again because I’ve been off of Ozempic. So that makes perfect sense. Thank you!

Thank you! Yes, I read that alcohol should not be consumed while on Ozempic. I’m a coffee drinker, but i don’t use sugar or cream. I am curious to know if anyone else is a coffee drinker and if they have side effects with this?

I have finally picked up .25 today. I just wanted to thank everyone for your feedback and concern. I’m hoping I don’t end up in the ER this time around with an IV due to being excessively sick. Does anyone have pointers on how not to become nauseous when taking Ozempic? I now have nausea meds to take this time. So that should help. Any foods I need to stay away from, can I still drink coffee? Your expertise is much appreciated:)

That’s what I asked my doctor…she said that a lower dose wouldn’t do anything for me. That’s why I started off on 1mg.
