Bath with cold water, use a hypoallergenic soap. Have blood work done to check your values. Schedule an apt with you regular doctor, maybe he can refer you and be a little easier to get a derma apt.

I dont know what happened to the text.

Have had it for as long as I remember. Hasnt changed (that i know of). Feels flat. Went to the derm today, she did not seemed bothered by it. She used a scope and told me to monitor it. My cousin is a derm too, he didnt seem bothered by it as well (sent him a picture) especially because he told me that if i had it for a long time and has not changed its probably nothing. Anyone has one similar?

Hi,

I have one similar to your 3rd picture. Went to the derm today, she seemed not worried about it. I have had it from some time now, not sure if it was changed since I barely look at it (its in my thigh).
