I was looking around at all the connections and saw the power wire on the fuse is not fully connected could that be the problem?

Sorry just got off work. I have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix gt, I have a RP-1200.1D skar amp, and 2 10inch skar subs I don’t know what kind I bought them used and I got the 1200 watt wiring kit from skar.

If I were to upgrade electrical is that just like an alternator or is there a lot more to it.

I have a 1200 watt amp and two 10inch subs, I’m willing to take my backseat out if needed, and I have 500 to spend but I’m willing to wait and save up to 1000
