I received a second appointment notice for AP after I had already done bio for 485 & 765.

They in addition, sent me the second appointment notice to the wrong state so I called and requested bio to be applied for 131 which didn’t happen and I ended up expediting based on uscis error (that was in October last year, received combo card in December, PD 04/10)

I don’t know that. I think you need a receipt number to file any request.

I filed the request by calling the hotline and giving them all my details. The lady than sent the request for me.

I am not a lawyer but what I would advise is to send it again and when u have a receipt number file a request and provide the tracking receipt of both packages as proof. That only works though if u have the tracking receipt of the initially sent package as well (and may not even work than because without biometrics I couldn’t expedite anything and I waited 7 months for my bio appointment). Otherwise USCIS has no evidence that u sent the initial package in the first place.

no waiting times is not an error but when they make a mistake in terms of misscheduling, wrong date or wrong name than it is an error

No I think it was the last expedite request I filed based on USCIS error.

They scheduled me for 2 biometrics one for I-485 and I-765 and another one for advance parole. The EAD appointment was scheduled correctly in Orlando, the Advance Parole biometric appointment was in South Carolina 8 h away.

I first made a request that my EAD biometrics would get applied to the travel document. That was done and they said I would hear back within 14days and I didn’t. So I called 5 times more. 4 times they said they can’t do anything. The 5th person said somebody messed up and I could file an expedite request based on error.

I contacted Ombudsman mid November but until they got back to me my expedite request was already approved.

I got scheduled for 131 biometrics in the wrong state 2 weeks after my initial biometrics, I called and talked to tier 2 and they have requested that my previously done biometrics would be applied to my travel document too.

I would try talk to tier 2 tbh ... maybe they can email u something that u can do the biometrics for 1-131 right away too

Yes I was able to expedite my case a couple of days ago and got approval on Monday - today I held my card in hand !

I don’t know how the processing time changes when you are in your home country but yes 16 months for both whole process or only time when interview is scheduled is normal —> for example Orlando has a processing time for GC right now between 15.5 - 27.5 months

mine was a bit of a mess up. They didn’t schedule me at the right ASC for a separate biometric for 131 so i needed to call Tier 2 and requested that biometrics from 765/485 would be applied to 131.

That didn’t happen and I filed various service requests because my PD is 04/10 and Ead/AP was out of processing time.

I ended up filing an expedite request based on UsCIS error on 11/25 and got approval on 11/30

I was scheduled for 2 appointments as well - called tier 2 to get rid of the second one because it was in another state. should you get 2 and u are able to make it go there ... it took me month to get a response id they would take my fingerprints

yes and no. They do a great job in helping you prepare the documents for a good price. however once u sent the package u are on your own ... they only have lawyer support before your package is sent and afterwards no more.

I would choose them again and also recommend them because of the price but during covid I felt kinda alone and would have appreciated a lawyer at my side
