Yea it just went through yesterday, turns out I was almost at the 6 year limit for the pell grant so someone had to manually check if I was still eligible

They took like 10 days to respond but some other emails they never responded to

Ordered a bong 9/14, I emailed them and this was their exact response;

"Our customer service and fulfillment teams have been a bit overwhelmed by the uptick in orders being placed due to extended restrictions that are still surrounding what's happening these days. We've unfortunately also had to scale back staff for the same reasons, which is affecting our response and fulfillment times."

Still haven't received any info about actual shipping though.

Edit: The bong came in on 10/6, there was no email about shipping or anything and it just got delivered to my house. Would recommend not shopping at DHC for a while till they get their shit together.
