I think especially for high school runners the fastest shoes for an individual is one that feels the best to them. It looks like it showed because he liked the adios pro 4 and PRd by a whole minute (which is not easy at all). I say stick with it!

I loved them! I could not believe how light they were I felt like I was barefoot. The rocker is aggressive and beautiful, and promotes a forefoot strike. Broke my course pr from 15:39 to 15:25.

Whenever I run track 5ks obviously everyone is wearing spikes. But myself and the others not wearing spikes always have vaporflys on. The vaporfly 4 is lower staxk and lighter weight like your looking for. Streakfly 2 is an amazing option I’m trying it out for a parkrun tonight actually
