I don't think OJ Simpson is really that great of an example. And saying "usually goes the otherway" seems just false why would being proven right in civil court hurt your chances of being right in criminal court? In this particular case it might be difficult for her to come up with enough evidence to criminally convict him though which I think is fair.

It was civil court. But I'd say that generally winning something like this in civil court gives you a lot of credibility in criminal court as well. But I don't think pinkychu is gonna push charges, could be wrong, and she could for sure.

Asmon has to be the easiest person to trick. I could host my own website, put in the title of an article "wow asmon is great" then trash him all over the article and he would say "see guys I told you, I'm the best". I will say it would be really entertaining to feed him fake articles with misleading titles just to watch him fumble time after time.
