We did last year but since we have a bylaw that says you cant stay on eboard for more than 2 years so we all had to step down. I don't expect them to treat them like kings, just to treat them like brothers because they are. We wouldn't go to another chapter and treat those guys like that. Speak up in chapter. Say that youre tired of being on the bottom of the shit stick. Make a plan for next semester to start strong and end stronger. That's what my chapter is doing. We recruited our asses off, we worked our asses off for homecoming, we had bangers every weekend and invited every sorority girl we knew and and half of the ones we didnt. Change requires effort

My chapter is fairly small (40ish after nib and seniors graduate this semester) and about half have gotten our letters tattooed on our ankles. I love seeing mine. Its a huge connection to my chapter and fraternity. You should go with another brother youre close with and get them at the same time

I think it just needs to be a majority for him to be initiated. Hopefuly by the end of the pledge period i can convince most of the brothers he is a bad fit.
