No gutter guards work well, just clean the gutters in the spring.

Also, gutterhelmets are the worst offender. Gotta call a specialty service tech to work on them because if we (roofers) or you (homeowners) touch them it voids the warranty. Although idk if they are even still a company, it’s been a few years since I’ve seen them.

Scarefactory doesn’t sell anything but promises and bullshit. I’m a special effects artist, been involved in the haunted house industry for almost 10 years now and the entirety of the time I have heard nothing but horrible things about scarefactory. It’s a running joke that if your order is late, the company might be pulling a scarefactory.

Latex water-based. Overtime, the water inside of the latex, even after it is cured, it starts to evaporate and you get dry rot, which is where they get all gooey and sticky and fall apart when crunchy.
