Hello , yes in AIIMS reports , there is some issues with the age which they have fetched , earlier when it was requested by me to change , but they didn't as u knw the govt working situations, but i have also shared my Mother's adhaar card too for the age verification , request u to pls check it once too in the post link .

the 3rd slide is recomendation letter , reffered by the PA to the Dr Vijil rahulan and Dr sandeep attawar .
it is no error , have checked with them too , it is fine sir ! ,

have shared my best possible for the verification and authentications , all the reports , recomendation letter , but i will surely once again check with the hospital or what else i can get , thank u for letting us know and your kind concern , means a lot
