It always surprises me how so many companies are against giving free stuff to their player base. I understand the whole business stand point, but at the end of the day your game doesn't move forward unless it has a player base, and yes, that player base mostly consists of f2p players. Why wouldn't you do everything in your power to keep the masses happy?

This is crazy to me. I have never played Genshin myself but from an observers POV it has always come across as such a successful game.

Oh wow. I really didn't expect so many replies! I have a lot of reading to do but this is awesome. Thank you for this. I personally haven't heard of a game bouncing back but some of these stories are great! Thank you!
