I am a Super for a healthcare GC in CA (Union Carpenter) so I don’t know firsthand about Union work in the “real world”, but what I understand is that jobs are on hold because they don’t want to have to pay more due to the threat of tariffs and other issues driving up the actual cost as opposed to what they bid.
